Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

SHENZHEN DNS INDUSTRIES CO., LTD is aware that metal minerals mined in the Democratic

Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries (DRC) may be making their way into the electronics

supplier chain, and that profits from this illegal mining may be fueling human rights atrocities in the

Eastern Region of the DRC. We commits to ensure that the Conflict Minerals in our products do

not directly or indirectly benefit or finance any human rights violations in the DRC

or adjoining countries, and require our supply chain to ensure the responsible sourcing of

conflict minerals which include cobalt material.

However, due to the complexities of the mineral supply chain, we currently implement

inner document of "Conflict Free Minerals Control Regulations" to factory, require our suppliers

comply with relevant federal and international laws in the sourcing of conflict minerals, and

submit the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template(CMRT) to verify the origin of 'Conflict

minerals' used in provided materials, send the CMRT form downstream to sub-suppliers for supply

chain visibility.

'Conflict minerals' includes Tantalum, Tin, Gold and Tungsten, Smelter information from

our supplier's supply chain must be disclosed, using the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template

(see below) for any conflict minerals used in, or used in the production of, any parts,

materials, components, or products. However, due to the limited technique, the battery cell

contained the material cobalt, we required battery cell supplier purchase the cobalt material

not directly or indirectly benefit or finance any human rights violations in the DRC or adjoining

countries.

SHENZHEN DNS INDUSTRIES CO., LTD is knowledgeable that a sufficient number

of smelters and refiners have undergone assessment through RMAP, and we expect

our suppliers to use conformant smelters and refiners for the production of any parts,

materials, components, or products.
